SSWavetable Draw Synthie

PostThu Apr 03, 2014 12:22 am

Hi,
my first big SS patch. :D
Thanks to Will and Sharc for making this possible!

Two WaveDraw oscs and a comb filter (going to a Lp) make this particular sound here.
Furthermore, I've added some homebrew modules:
- TempoLfo including Freqency dividers, which is synced by Midi clock
- TempoDelay, also including Freqency dividers
- VariableDezip modules (couldn't find it in Sharc's collection), because I experienced some stepping when tweaking parameters
Download patch (Live+Scope) here.
some audio exampes:

Thanks again to you both!

Yeah, really impressed. It's good to see what can be achieved by someone who knows what they're doing :)

Even my girlfriend gave the sound samples a thumbs-up (normally I get a "what the hell's that noise")!

Cool! That's why I'm making music - to impress girls. :P
So I made another demo with that Giorgo M - sound, I'm sure she'll like it too.

It shows that the Comb is basically a phaser. And I love Phasers.
Oh, and one more thing:
I updated the Scope patch (missing connection Clock>Lfo), and the M4L patch too.
I removed unused controls and named the remainig properly so they show up in the little help window, and in the controller list.(not just "A1, A2" etc.)

Fuckin' A, this stuff is cool, I hope I can get those sounds w/o the M4L stuff as I use Bidule live to avoid added extras, but If wew are all using M$l w/ABleton here, where do I sign up....?
Nice to be settled in and ready for battle..

Hi Jimmy,

Sorry you've had to wait a while, but we're getting there with the ScopeSync VST plugin! Once it's done, we'll get you to check it out in Bidule.

Cheers,
Will

Coolness.
I gots a need for the xustom stuff.
Was going to buy the new Behringer, but after closer inspection it's just new faders w/ touch sensitivity which I don't see an urgent need for, and it's prettier.
But I prefer Bidule and beat up looking BCF 2000. I even bought a custom case that costed more than the Behringer, so I'm am all in.

THanks my Brotha's.
