Interesting. I'm not sure I'd have the time or patience to get into programming the B-Control in this manner instead of using BC Manager.

I did look into the Behringer Programming language BCL a while back. This MIDI implementation pdf from the Mountain Utilities site covers it to some extent. I did also have some much more in-depth documentation on it, but I seem to have misplaced that. It's amazing the amount of work that appears to have gone into developing the B-Control compared to most other MIDI controllers.

I think this might be relevant to your link above - http://www.sequencer.de/synth/index.php/BC-Convert - It's a command line based text <-> sysex convertor for the B-Control.
